Return & Exchange

"You may initiate a Return or Exchange within 7 days of your purchase. If, at the time of delivery, your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, kindly submit a return request via WhatsApp at 03356520898. Please ensure that the return is made within 7 days of purchase, and we will promptly process a refund or exchange within a week of receiving the returned goods.

Valid reasons for returning an item include:
- The delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (e.g., unable to switch on).
- The delivered product is incomplete (missing items and/or accessories).
- The delivered product is incorrect (wrong size/colour or expired).

Please note that change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.

Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. For fashion products, trying on the item to check for fit is acceptable but still considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. Do not apply tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging/box.
- In case of a product fault, the item will be exchanged at no additional cost. For cash refunds, delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Note:
Include the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the return process. Failure to meet the specified requirements may lead to the rejection of a refund request.

EXCHANGE:
Exchange availability depends on current stock levels. Items must be unused, in proper packing, and in saleable condition for an exchange to be accepted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
To return the item(s), follow the procedure below:
1. Take a picture of the defective part of the item.
2. Pack the item back in the original packaging.
